I also offer consultancy for families who have personalized chefs in their homes and would like to invest in their development. As well as online, one on one, supportive sessions coaching you through your own nutritional development.
I focus on wholesome vegetarian & predominantly plant based dishes, with occasional sustainable wild caught fish and ethically produced raw dairy products if required. Fresh, whole, organic and seasonal produce is used where possible with strong support for local farming and indigenous produce.
